WORLDWIDEHELP S.L. has 4 partners. We have been developing the HelpUP project since March 2013.
HelpUP is a platform which supports companies to manage and communicate cooperative culture. With HelpUP, companies can manage all the activities they carry out with stakeholders, social initiatives, sporting, leisure and cultural activities.
The idea for HelpUP came about when one of its founding members, Pablo, realised the obstacles which come up when one really wants to do one’s bit and actively collaborate with a charity project. If you are not very familiar with the world of the social organizations, it’s not easy to find out about activities which could be happening in your area, and furthermore, if you want to recommend or inspire your friends, it’s not easy to communicate a project to them. After discussing it with Jaime and Francisco, they decided to get down to work and create a social network which serves as a bridge between society, social organizations and companies, interconnecting them and creating benefits for everyone. In this way, three members with different professional aptitudes and ways of seeing life got together to give shape to this project. With Jaime and Francisco already included as founders of HelpUP, they began to take this project forward and to be able to contribute towards a change in society and in the way of collaborating.
But what exactly is HelpUP? It is the social network in which users can interact with people of similar interests to participate in social projects, actively collaborate with them through donations or volunteering and be up to date with the new initiatives of organizations that work actively with us and the founders’ own initiatives.
WHERE WE’D LIKE TO GET TO AND HOW WE’D LIKE TO DO IT
HelpUP aims to reconcile and facilitate the participation of society in social projects, disseminate the actions of social organizations, obtain funds for projects and publicise companies active in corporate social responsibility. As a social enterprise, at HelpUP we are clear that the objective of this project is to create a social impact and sensitise the population to provide resources to those who really need them to get by.
